The Team

 

The Privilege Access Management (PAM) team within the Global Identity and Access Management group is responsible for identifying and controlling access to privileged accounts across the Bank. The mandate is to ensure elevated privileges are controlled, managed and audited in accordance with the Bank’s Logical Access Management Standard.

 

Role:

 

The PAM Solution Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the deployment, maintenance, and health of Privileged Access Management solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on implementing approved changes, performing post-deployment health checks, managing application environments, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions while demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and strong communication skills.


Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: 

 

  • Manage and support the PAM application environment across Pre-PROD and PROD environments
  • Monitor overall application health and take proactive action to remediate issues.
  • Upgrade application versions in all environments and conduct testing in Pre-PROD environment for newer versions.
  • Perform detailed application health checks after deployments and security patching.
  • Develop PowerShell and SQL scripts for monitoring task automation, system integration, data retrieval, and managing/extracting data within the PAM environment.
  • Lead continuous service improvement and development activities, including health checks and upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance platform reliability.
  • Provide technical support to PAM users and stakeholders.
  • Offer PAM advisory services to infrastructure administrators.
  • Remediate server vulnerabilities reported by the vulnerability management team.
  • Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions.
  • Communicate with the vendor to troubleshoot application issues and raise support tickets.
  • Track and manage vendor ticket resolution and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain all documentation related to configuration, processes, service records, asset inventories, administration manuals, job instructions, and support contacts.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 3–5 years of experience in PAM or security solution support in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM).
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, LDAP, and certificate management.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) for automation and data management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud PAM solutions and secrets management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry) or equivalent.
  • Experience with PowerBI
