Examination Administration Coordinator, Performance Examinations
Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid (2 to 3 days on-site per week, with occasional travel to exam centres)
Language: English, strong written and spoken communication required. French is considered an asset

About the Opportunity
This is a meaningful opportunity to support the delivery of high-stakes performance examinations within a national regulatory organization. As the Examination Administration Coordinator, you will help ensure that professional qualifying exams are delivered fairly, consistently, and securely across multiple examination centres.
Working closely with exam centre teams, internal operations leaders, and accommodation specialists, you will be at the heart of exam readiness and quality assurance. Your work will directly support candidates, exam personnel, and organizational standards, contributing to a process built on integrity, accuracy, and trust.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll support exam centres in delivering performance examinations in line with established policies and standards.
In this role, you’ll coordinate training logistics, onboarding, and resources for exam centre personnel.
You’ll collaborate closely with accommodation leads and exam centres to implement approved candidate accommodations accurately.
You’ll assist with exam-day operations, troubleshooting issues and maintaining clear communication with sites.
You’ll collect and analyze post-exam feedback, incident reports, and documentation to support quality assurance.
You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support special projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in examination administration, assessment operations, or a similar coordination role. Experience working in a regulatory environment is a strong asset.
Post-secondary education, preferably at the bachelor’s level or higher.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
