As Senior Manager, Digital Product Delivery, you will be at the heart of a leading digital and member experience team, turning strategy into action. You’ll guide multi-year digital roadmaps across web, mobile, and integrated partner platforms, helping millions of users engage with digital experiences that matter. This role offers the chance to shape platforms that are scalable, future-ready, and aligned with business and member goals.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partner organizations in a dynamic environment that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll own and execute the multi-year digital roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans while balancing member needs, business goals, and partner commitments.
  • You’ll champion member-centric enhancements, integrating analytics and feedback to improve UI/UX, personalization, and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
  • You’ll foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners, aligning campaigns, MarTech capabilities, and product execution to enterprise objectives.
  • You’ll manage vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability for timelines, budgets, SLAs, and delivery standards while resolving challenges with influence and diplomacy.
  • You’ll define KPIs, monitor performance, anticipate risks, and lead your team with mentorship, coaching, and proactive communication.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, product delivery, or digital execution within complex ecosystems.
  • Proven leadership in customer-centric digital development, Agile/Scrum delivery, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with expertise in UX design, personalization, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
