Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer in the chemicals industry in Courtright, Ontario. The Senior Project Engineer will lead the execution, coordination, and construction activities. Total rewards: $75.00 - $95.00 hourly 12 month contract Preferred rates for benefit coverage available A typical day: Oversee the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion in a timely manner Develop Project tracking sheets for forecasting progress and expected cash flows. Lead the Management of Change (MOC) process. Responsible for leading multidiscipline project teams to design, organize, schedule, and execute project plans. Monitor Engineering contractors to ensure that project replacements are performed in strict conformity with design specifications and applicable code requirements. Coordination of Construction contractors to ensure that project objectives are achieved, including safety compliance, scope of work, cost control, and schedule adherence. Work closely with TA team to ensure that project schedules and resources will align with other TA activities. Successful candidates will have: Engineering degree, Instrumentation/Electrical OR Mechanical discipline 10 + years related experience Experience in project management and implementation.
