Your opportunity

Reporting to the team leader, join Stantec as a Building Electrical Technician at our Laval, Longueuil, Montreal, or Quebec City office (in-person or hybrid) to participate in the design of electrical networks and the supervision of work. You will enjoy a variety of tasks, working on institutional (schools, hospitals, CIUSPs, community centers), commercial (office towers), and industrial building projects.Your contribution will ensure that electrical distribution networks are safe, reliable, and meet today's standards. This role is for you if you have a keen interest in being involved in all phases of projects and are looking to grow both technically and personally in a pleasant environment, surrounded by engineers and technicians with many years of proven experience.

Your background

Your application will be considered if you have the following expertise and experience:

(DEP) in drafting or a college diploma (DEC) in electrical engineering or other recognized experience;

4 years of experience in building electrical systems;

Proficiency in REVIT software (REVIT MEP and AutoCad are important assets).

Experience in designing various electrical systems;

ASP construction certification (an asset);

Experience in design (plans and specifications).
