This contract opportunity invites an experienced communications professional to support a meaningful public sector mandate focused on outreach, engagement, and service awareness. You will partner with internal subject matter experts to help translate specialized personnel psychology services into clear, accessible, and compelling communications for federal audiences.
This engagement offers the opportunity to work fully remotely while contributing to a high-impact federal initiative. You will collaborate with knowledgeable stakeholders, apply your strategic thinking, and deliver tangible outputs that inform long-term outreach efforts.
You will also benefit from Altis’ hands-on support throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a smooth experience from onboarding to close-out.
You’ll lead the development of a comprehensive outreach and promotion plan, from discovery through final presentation.
In this role, you’ll analyze existing products and services to identify growth opportunities and outreach barriers.
You’ll profile target audiences across Government of Canada organizations to tailor messaging and tactics.
You’ll design accessible communication and promotional materials that align with organizational branding.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized information and training products.
You’ll define expected outcomes, KPIs, and tracking methods to measure engagement and impact.
5+ years of communications consulting experience, focused on outreach strategies, marketing, and social media.
Demonstrated experience supporting federal or broader public sector clients.
Strong background in developing high-quality promotional and marketing materials for diverse audiences.
Post-secondary degree from a recognized institution, supported by relevant professional certification.
Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables in a structured environment.
