Location: Vancouver, Hybrid minimum 2 days onsite per week

About the Opportunity:
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving regional development and partner recruitment across Western Canada within a large, mission driven nonprofit organization. You’ll be stepping into a high-growth, transformational moment, leading strategies that grow, diversify, and sustain a strong B2B partner base while ensuring long-term engagement and a robust pipeline to support national programs.
Working closely with senior leaders and a regional management team, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership. This is not a traditional operational role, you’ll focus on driving growth, building partnerships and people management as the organization continues to grow.
