About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and step into a high-volume, complex environment where your ability to hit the ground running will be immediately valued.

You will partner with a dedicated HR team to manage full-cycle recruitment for a blend of technical and corporate roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys navigating the nuances of a unionized environment while acting as a true consultant to business leaders.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation.

  • In this role, you’ll navigate a complex, unionized environment to deliver high-quality talent for both corporate and technical requisitions.

  • You’ll leverage data and market insights to guide stakeholders on realistic hiring strategies and compensation trends.

  • You’ll manage candidate activity through the ATS (SuccessFactors), ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

  • You’ll draft compelling job postings and utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, specifically within a complex, corporate, or regulatory environment.

  • Completion of a University degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Strong written communication skills are essential for drafting briefs, postings, and stakeholder correspondence.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors is a strong asset) and a comfort level with recruitment analytics.

  • Previous experience recruiting within a unionized environment is highly preferred.
