About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a senior Full Stack Developer role where secure digital identity is central to everything you build. You will play a key role in designing and delivering Customer Identity and Access Management solutions that protect users while enabling seamless digital experiences at scale.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design and build secure CIAM integrations using Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and related platforms to support scalable identity solutions.

  • In this role, you’ll develop full stack applications, building backend services with Java and Spring Boot and frontend components using modern frameworks such as Angular.

  • You’ll design and integrate RESTful APIs that support authentication, authorization, and identity workflows.

  • You’ll implement security best practices and identity protocols including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.

  • You’ll deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, including Azure Kubernetes Service, while supporting CI/CD automation.

  • You’ll contribute to Agile ceremonies, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in full stack or identity-focused software development, supported by a completed Bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices in enterprise environments.

  • Proven expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Deep understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management principles, architectures, and integration patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with Ping Identity platforms, including Ping AM, Ping DS, and Ping IDM.

  • Solid knowledge of directory services such as LDAP and OUD, and identity protocols including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.

  • Experience working within Agile delivery models, including SAFe Agile, using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and DB2.

  • Full stack development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular is considered an asset.
