Working within a public sector environment, you will collaborate closely with program leaders, project teams, and cross-functional technology groups. Your work will directly support systems that enable data-driven decision-making and improved outcomes, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This role offers exposure to large-scale, multi-disciplinary initiatives, opportunities to influence strategy and delivery, and the chance to mentor technical professionals in a matrix environment. It is a workplace that values innovation, balance, and purposeful work.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll provide technical leadership to ITS teams supporting the Hub program, coordinating work, monitoring progress, and mentoring team members.
  • In this role, you’ll oversee delivery of all ITS commitments aligned to the Hub Program Roadmap, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
  • You’ll collaborate with program leadership to define, assign, and manage work packages across multiple technical disciplines.
  • You’ll assess resource needs, coordinate assignments, and support hiring and capacity planning as required.

  • 5–7 years of experience delivering technical solutions for complex, multi-user systems, including 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills within a matrix environment.
  • Experience with SDLC, project management, IT service management, agile, and product practices.
  • Knowledge of ETL, data storage, BI architectures, and AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, or similar.
  • Familiarity with health informatics, BI tools, and data platforms is a strong asset.

Note from the Hiring Manager

“We’re looking for someone who can bring technical depth and people-first leadership together, someone who enjoys guiding teams through complex challenges and making a real impact.”
