In this highly visible role, you’ll work closely with leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to build AI literacy, guide change, and ensure new tools are adopted thoughtfully and responsibly. Your work will directly support teams in working smarter, building confidence in emerging technologies, and driving long-term organizational impact.

You’ll champion AI adoption across the organization, building awareness, excitement, and confidence in approved AI tools and practices.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver AI literacy initiatives, translating complex concepts into accessible, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
You’ll lead change management activities, addressing adoption barriers, change fatigue, and stakeholder concerns through clear communication and engagement.
You’ll collaborate across technical and business teams, acting as a bridge to ensure alignment, shared understanding, and momentum.
You’ll monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and engagement levels, reporting insights and progress to senior leadership.
You’ll help shape the AI roadmap by using feedback and adoption data to support continuous improvement and future planning.
5+ years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or IT service management environments.
Hands-on experience with change, release, and configuration management processes, including CMDB and ITSM platforms.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams through change initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
Experience drafting and interpreting policies, procedures, and organizational communications.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
