About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a people-first organization within the financial services sector, where learning, growth, and culture truly matter. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a small, high-impact Learning and Development team supporting approximately 750 employees. You’ll design and deliver engaging, blended learning solutions that support compliance, professional development, and organizational change. Your work will directly influence employee capability, confidence, and success during a period of continued growth and integration.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design and deliver blended learning programs focused on compliance, including anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, legislative updates, and core development courses.
  • In this role, you’ll conduct learning needs assessments and partner with subject matter experts to create relevant, engaging learning solutions.
  • You’ll develop learning frameworks, storyboards, curricula, job aids, and facilitator guides using adult learning principles.
  • You’ll manage and maintain LMS content, generate reports, track learning effectiveness, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • You’ll support change management initiatives, including training for integrations and organizational transitions.
  • You’ll facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring strong engagement and knowledge transfer.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design supporting enterprise-wide learning.
  • Strong applied knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, Cornerstone is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, Vyond, and Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence collaborating with stakeholders and gaining buy-in across teams.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property and copyright considerations in learning design.
  • Relevant education and certification required, including CTDP or equivalent.
