Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant in the legal industry in VICTORIA, British Columbia. Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? This full-time Customer Service Assistant role offers the chance to work in a respected notary practice, supporting legal professionals and managing client interactions. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow in the legal field. Total rewards: $27.00 hourly Extended health and dental benefits after 3 months 2 weeks vacation to start Free parking on site Access to company car for work-related errands Continuous training and mentorship opportunities Fun team events and community involvement A typical day: Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email Coordinate and manage notarization appointments Prepare and process notarization documents accurately Review and analyze client documents and intake forms Handle financial transactions and banking tasks Maintain organized and stocked service areas Monitor electronic communications and online bookings Support office manager and notary with administrative tasks Successful candidates will have: University degree or equivalent experience (legal experience an asset) Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Comfort with numbers and financial information Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team Must have Valid driver’s licence This posting is for an active opening.
