Are you passionate about interior design? We have a great contract Office Manager position Agilus is recruiting for a Part time Office Manager in the interior design space in a hybrid work environment in Airdrie, Alberta. As an Office Manager, you will manage studio administration, day-to-day financial organization, work orders and purchasing, vendor and client coordination, project tracking, digital systems, calendar management, client documentation (including binders), and inventory and sample organization. A typical day: Day-to-day financial and expenses operations Prepare detailed work orders, Confirm pricing, freight, and lead times with vendors and trades. Project Coordination, Client Binders, Inventory & Operations File, Folder & Systems Management Calendar Management & Scheduling meetings with clients and vendors Maintain a vendor/trade directory with contacts, terms, and lead times Client Communication & Experience Prepare simple monthly snapshots for the Principal Designer Successful candidates will have: 3-5+ years in administration, office management, operations, or similar Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, data validation, formatting) Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Shared Drives) Experience with QuickBooks (day-to-day coding, invoicing, receipts) Calendar management, inventory management experience Comfortable with technology (Calendly, Squarespace, Canva) Total rewards: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly 3 months contract position with a high chance of extension Pay rate based on experience and skills Hybrid: 2 Days In-Office + 1 Remote. Primarily Tuesday and Thursday in office Location: Airdrie Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion This posting is for an active opening.
