As the Data & Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning data into insight, insight into action, and action into meaningful impact for members and internal teams alike.
Working closely with IT, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll help embed a data-driven culture across the organization. Your work will directly support smarter decision-making, stronger member engagement, and the responsible use of data as a strategic asset within a complex, mission-driven environment.

You’ll design and maintain scalable data pipelines, environments, and automated workflows that support analytics and reporting needs.
In this role, you’ll develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models that enable data-driven decision-making across departments.
You’ll help shape and enhance data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
You’ll partner with business teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
You’ll support data literacy by delivering training, documentation, and guidance to staff across the organization.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience designing data pipelines, data models, and scalable analytics solutions
Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
Proficiency with Python, R, or similar analytics or automation tools
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate insights for diverse audiences
