Contribute to the overall success of the Performance Management team in Global Finance & Risk Technology ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

 

In this role you will: 

 

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Performs the development, testing, and implementation of new systems / integrations, system enhancements, and sources or uses of management information systems. Leads the support of system operations, production, administration, and maintenance for assigned Technology Finance systems.
  • Acts as a partner in driving process improvement and reporting capabilities across Technology Finance using automation and leveraging available data/systems. 
  • Oversees the efficient and accurate delivery of data processing and data management support for Technology Finance applications, while ensuring the efficient and timely generation of accurate reporting and documentation. 
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 
 

  • Minimum of 3+ years related experience in systems development and systems administration, including experience managing analytical and operational processes, or project management
  • 3+ development experience in SSIS, MS SQL Server SSRS.
  • 2+ development experience in net programming/ VBA.
  • Undergraduate degree in information technology/systems, business administration, computer science, finance, or related field
  • API development
