Part-time - (Must be available Monday - Sunday 24 hours)
Uniform provided at no cost
Protect individuals, property, and assets within a CBSA facility
Escort detainees safely within the premises using restraints when required
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and compassion when working with individuals under stress
Observe, monitor, and document detainee behaviour, escalating concerns as needed
Conduct regular indoor and outdoor foot patrols
Perform frequent wellness and safety checks
Utilize security systems, software, and equipment effectively
Respond quickly to emergencies using tactical communication and de-escalation techniques
Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
Canadian citizen or permanent resident with a minimum of 5 years residency in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent (proof required)
Ability to pass Public Works Clearance and Vulnerable Sector Check
Minimum 1 year of tactical security experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working with vulnerable populations
Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
