Responsibilities for Campus Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Campus Security Supervisor

• • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

  • WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR Level C

  • Authorized to work in Canada

  • 1–3 years of experience in a security supervisory role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work continental rotational shifts (days and overnights)

  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
