Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead integrated planning across roadmap, scope, schedule, resources, and financial management for a multi-year platform initiative.

• You’ll build and maintain project and product management plans for Dynamics 365 and AEM implementation and iteration.

• You’ll produce dashboards, weekly and monthly reporting, and briefings for senior leaders (ED-level and above).

• You’ll oversee demos, UAT, client sign-offs, backlog management, and ongoing solution health monitoring.

• You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and governance channels, keeping delivery aligned to Government of Canada expectations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Manager or Project Executive experience in an IM/IT environment (within the last 15 years).

• Valid PMP certification.

• Valid Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification.

• Recent public sector experience delivering a large, national-impact project involving Dynamics 365 CRM and Adobe Experience Manager.

• Confidence operating in complex, integrated environments with multiple stakeholders, integration points, and vendor coordination.
