Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Outreach in the Land Titles and Surveys Branch, the Relationship Management Specialist plays a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and partners to support program objectives. As the Relationship Management Specialist, you will provide strategic advice, develops engagement strategies, and facilitates communication to ensure successful modernization and transition initiatives.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, including meetings, events, and communications materials.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support leadership with research, policy development, and program planning.
• Deliver presentations, training, and outreach activities to internal and external audiences.
• Foster collaboration across government, community organizations, and private sector partners.

University degree in Communication, Business or a related field plus two years of progressively responsible experience.
Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education
Required:
Previous experience in professional stakeholder outreach and management, networking facilitation, or public speaking.
The following will be considered Assets.
• Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in stakeholder engagement and or public consultation.
• Strong knowledge of Government of Alberta policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing projections.
• Advanced knowledge of M365 Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Planner, etc)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.
