Join a Growing Property Management Team as an Accounting Clerk – Competitive Pay & Great Benefits! Agilus is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk in the property management industry in Victoria, British Columbia. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a well-established property management firm in Victoria, BC. In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll manage accounting tasks for a diverse portfolio of strata, residential, and commercial properties while supporting a small, collaborative team. Total rewards: $52000.00 - $54000.00 annually Comprehensive benefits plan (75/25 split) Supportive, family-oriented work culture Regular staff events and team-building activities Brand-new position with defined responsibilities Work directly with CFO and a small, close-knit team 100% in-office role in Victoria, BC 2 weeks vacation to start; 3 weeks after 1 year A typical day: Process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) Reconcile trust bank accounts accurately Prepare monthly and annual adjusting entries Generate operating statements and client reports Provide administrative support to CFO and property managers Deliver friendly, professional customer service to clients and vendors Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all accounting functions Successful candidates will have: 3–5 years experience in bookkeeping or A/P Post-secondary accounting education (asset) Property management industry experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Accounting Familiarity with Spectra software (asset) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This posting is for an active opening.
