About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a trusted Finance Business Partner role within a purpose-driven nonprofit organization in the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support a designated business group, working closely with managers and senior leaders to guide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision-making tied to strategic funding initiatives.

Your insights will directly influence how resources, headcount, and funding are allocated across impactful programs. You will be part of a collaborative finance team that values clarity, partnership, and thoughtful analysis in support of national initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• You will act as a finance business partner supporting managers with planning, reporting, and financial interpretation.
  You will collaborate with senior leaders during quarterly, mid-year, year-end, and budget cycles, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
• You will analyze forecasts, multi-year projections, and funding requests to support informed decision-making.
• You will prepare and reconcile financial reports related to specific-purpose funding and general ledger activity.
• You will support corporate reporting, accrual preparation, and consolidation activities as required.
• You will contribute to system improvements, ERP enhancements, and process efficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and multi-year forecasting.
  CPA designation completed or in progress, international designations considered.
• Strong experience supporting decision-making with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Unit 4 is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in fully computerized environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
