Business Analyst – COTS Implementation (Contract)
Location: Ottawa, Hybrid (1 day/ week in office)
Language: Advanced English (oral and written). French considered an asset.
Duration: 15-month Contract
Background Check Requirement: Must be able to obtain a government security clearance

You’ll play a key role in aligning current processes with a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platform, helping build a scalable operating model that enables data capture, reporting, and AI-driven insights.
This is a hands-on role in a forward-thinking environment where your work directly impacts efficiency, compliance, and the success of technology implementations. You’ll work closely with business subject matter experts, project leads, and vendors, ensuring solutions meet real-world operational needs while supporting long-term business objectives.
