About the Opportunity

You’ll be joining a large, complex public sector environment that relies on Oracle Financials to support mission-critical financial and operational activities across Canada. This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of a long-standing Oracle ERP platform that supports thousands of users nationwide.

Working closely with functional and technical teams, you’ll provide hands-on functional expertise across Oracle Financials R12 modules while contributing to upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives. Your work will directly support financial integrity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making in a highly collaborative, service-oriented setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support and guide users across Oracle Financials R12 modules including GL, AP, AR, SLA, and ECC.

  • In this role, you’ll analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within Oracle ERP and related interfaces.

  • You’ll configure, test, and support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with external systems.

  • You’ll develop and document functional requirements, business processes, and system documentation.

  • You’ll design and execute test plans, support reporting needs, and contribute to training materials.

  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates and recommendations.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst in enterprise environments.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle ERP systems.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Government of Canada Receiver General Interfaces.

  • Proven experience with Oracle Financials R12 in decentralized organizations with large user bases.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Experience supporting system changes, testing cycles, and end-user training initiatives.
