You’ll be the first point of contact, answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
In this role, you’ll prepare client files, reports, and documentation to support meetings and follow-ups.
You’ll maintain accurate client records through data entry and file management within a CRM system.
You’ll coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointment logistics for advisors.
You’ll support compliance by ensuring documentation is complete, current, and confidential.
You’ll assist with marketing and research activities, including event follow-ups, guest lists, competitor monitoring, and prospect research.
1+ year of experience in an administrative, marketing, or office support role.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using a CRM system, Zoho CRM is an asset.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
