Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the first point of contact, answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care.

  • In this role, you’ll prepare client files, reports, and documentation to support meetings and follow-ups.

  • You’ll maintain accurate client records through data entry and file management within a CRM system.

  • You’ll coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointment logistics for advisors.

  • You’ll support compliance by ensuring documentation is complete, current, and confidential.

  • You’ll assist with marketing and research activities, including event follow-ups, guest lists, competitor monitoring, and prospect research.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, marketing, or office support role.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using a CRM system, Zoho CRM is an asset.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
