You’ll work closely with cyber security leaders, enterprise architects, managed service partners, and business system owners to ensure workforce identities are properly governed and risks are minimized. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with governance, mentorship, and strategic advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both building and influencing at scale.

This role offers exposure to complex enterprise systems, modern IGA platforms, and large-scale security initiatives. With flexible work options and a strong focus on automation and maturity growth, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible, lasting impact while continuing to grow your technical and leadership skills.
You’ll lead the design and architecture of IGA platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with Zero Trust principles.
In this role, you’ll drive joiner, mover, and leaver automation, role-based access models, and policy-driven provisioning.
You’ll oversee access certification campaigns, entitlement reviews, and role mining activities.
You’ll assess identity-related risks and support audit and regulatory requirements with clear evidence and reporting.
You’ll collaborate with enterprise and cyber security teams to integrate IGA into core systems and digital initiatives.
You’ll investigate access-related incidents and support forensic analysis when required.
You’ll mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert across the organization.
4–6 years of progressive experience in IAM or Cyber Security, including 3+ years focused on IGA.
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
