Job Title: Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Remote, Canada, supporting a provincial healthcare organization
Job Type: Contract, full-time hours, January 12, 2026 to April 30, 2026, with possible extension
Join a transformation that improves how patients access care. In this role, you will lead organizational change for a provincial health initiative, partnering with clinical leaders, project teams, and operations to standardize care and strengthen governance.
You will shape the human side of change, from stakeholder strategy to training and adoption. This is meaningful work with measurable impact across multiple healthcare organizations.

You will lead end-to-end OCM planning using Prosci ADKAR, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and engagement.
In this role, you will design targeted communications and lead readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities across multiple sites.
You will develop training strategy, materials, and curriculum for large, diverse audiences, coordinating delivery and evaluation.
You will coach project teams and leaders, integrate change plans with project plans, and track benefits and adoption metrics.
You will support clinical standardization, governance design, and operational delivery models that improve patient access.
10+ years leading organizational change for large IT, process, or business architecture initiatives, including stakeholder analysis and targeted communications.
7+ years in project management or team lead roles, developing plans and coaching resources.
5+ years developing training materials and curriculum, including at least one engagement for 1,000+ employees.
3+ years performing OCM for standardized clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations.
Valid Prosci ADKAR certification and CCMP certification.
