About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Resident Relations team supporting a large-scale public-facing program during a critical expansion phase. As a Call Centre Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive timely, accurate, and professional support as new services launch across multiple provinces.
You will be part of a collaborative, people-first team operating within a fast-moving, scale-up environment in the public services space. Reporting to a supportive Team Lead, you will work closely with colleagues who are passionate about service excellence and community impact, helping to manage high inquiry volumes while contributing to a smoother experience for residents nationwide.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll respond to a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and voicemails from the public regarding service inquiries, recycling collection, and complaints.
You’ll triage and document inquiries accurately, ensuring issues are routed or resolved efficiently.
You’ll maintain professionalism and empathy when handling challenging or escalated situations.
You’ll navigate CRM systems to log interactions, track trends, and update resident records.
You’ll collaborate with team members to help reduce backlogs during peak launch periods.
Skills and Qualifications
1+ year of call centre or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as utilities, telecom, or collections.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Strong multitasking skills with confidence using CRM or ticketing systems.
Comfort working in a scale-up or evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Previous CRM experience or exposure to municipal or government programs is considered an asset.
