This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role supporting enterprise-scale HR technology within a large public sector organization. As a Senior ServiceNow HR Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping seamless, employee-first digital experiences through modern HR Service Delivery solutions.
You will collaborate closely with HR leaders, IT partners, and platform architects to design and deliver solutions that support the full employee lifecycle. Your work will directly enhance how employees access information, manage HR requests, and navigate key moments like onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
You will join a collaborative, delivery-focused environment that values technical excellence and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to complex integrations, enterprise governance, and evolving ServiceNow capabilities, all within a hybrid work model that supports balance and flexibility. You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while expanding your expertise on a widely used enterprise platform.
• You will design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, and HR Knowledge Management.
• In this role, you will develop intuitive self-service portals and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and the Service Portal framework.
• You will implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow, JavaScript, and the Glide API.
• You will integrate ServiceNow HRSD with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar platforms using REST or SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• You will ensure secure role-based access controls and protect sensitive HR data in alignment with compliance standards.
• You will support testing activities, UAT, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• You will collaborate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years focused on HRSD and Employee Center.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, HRSD data models, and portal development.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors EC or similar HR systems.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), HRSD Implementation Specialist is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
