Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives.
You will coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and logistics are in place.
You will support internal events, assisting with planning and execution.
You will prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other professional documentation.
You will maintain organized filing systems and process expenses with accuracy.
You will collaborate daily with the broader administrative team to provide cohesive support.
You will take on related tasks that help the team stay efficient and organized.
Skills and Qualifications
4 to 5 years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment.
Completion of a post secondary diploma or degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive mindset.
