Your Responsibilities

• You will design, deploy, and manage Azure environments including VMs, VNets, firewalls, load balancers, and third-party integrations.
• You will implement identity and access best practices using Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, and SSO.
• You will automate deployments using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform to optimize delivery and improve consistency.
• You will monitor performance and system health using Azure Log Analytics, Application Insights, and other tools to meet SLAs and compliance standards.
• You will manage Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Purview, Power Platform, and related services, ensuring secure and reliable operations.
• You will implement security policies using Intune, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, and Azure Policy while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• You will support disaster recovery readiness, test continuity plans, and maintain robust documentation across infrastructure domains.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years specializing in Microsoft Azure.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Azure certifications required: AZ-104 and AZ-700, with AZ-305 considered an asset.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Azure deployments and cloud transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of Azure Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Entra ID, and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and automation through PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
