As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in building modern tooling that enables the design, management, and publication of key health data framework components.
Working closely with architects, UX designers, analysts, and implementation partners, you will help transform complex requirements into scalable, intuitive, and secure digital experiences. Your work will directly support better collaboration, transparency, and accessibility for internal teams, provincial partners, and the public.

You will collaborate with UI and UX teams to turn wireframes into responsive, interactive prototypes.
In this role, you will refine prototypes through stakeholder reviews and iterative improvements.
You will assess the artifact development lifecycle and uncover opportunities for automation.
You will translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system designs.
You will design and build a scalable Framework Content Management solution in partnership with the architect.
You will create proofs of concept for key features including versioning, workflows, and publishing pipelines.
You will parse, transform, and enhance XMI-based content for use within the platform.
You will deliver demos, progress updates, and sprint outputs that keep stakeholders aligned.
You will test, optimize, and harden the system to ensure reliability and maintainability.
You will support deployment, configuration, and onboarding within an AWS cloud environment.
You will prepare technical documentation and perform knowledge transfer to internal teams.
7+ years of progressive full stack development experience, ideally in complex content or data management environments
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, API development, backend services, and cloud-hosted architectures
Experience building automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and publishing or documentation platforms
Background working with structured content formats including XMI, Markdown, or WYSIWYG tooling
Knowledge of authentication, RBAC models, and secure application design
Experience developing approval workflows, dashboards, annotations, or content lifecycle features
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
