In this role, you will work directly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and an implementation partner, helping shape and translate requirements into solutions that will strengthen organizational processes for years to come. You will be embedded in a collaborative technology environment that values clear communication, strong documentation, and steady partnership across teams.

You will join a supportive environment that values thoughtful analysis, reliable communication, and teamwork. You will gain exposure to enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, mentorship from experienced project leaders, and hands-on work with a large ServiceNow implementation. This is a workplace that encourages balance, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will lead requirements gathering activities across core ITSM and ITAM processes, ensuring clarity, alignment, and traceability.
  • You will facilitate workshops, interviews, and process reviews to document current and future state workflows.
  • You will collaborate with internal technical teams and an external implementation partner to support solution design.
  • You will contribute to testing, including test plans, use cases, scenarios, and UAT coordination.
  • You will support change management activities, including communication materials, training content, and knowledge documentation.
  • You will maintain project artifacts such as decision logs, status updates, requirements documents, and process maps.
  • You will assist project managers with schedule tracking, risk and issue log updates, and preparation of briefing materials.

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience in IT environments, including 3+ years supporting ITSM initiatives.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platform implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
  • Experience with enterprise system replacement projects and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong ability to document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Proficiency with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus formal BA training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CBAP or CCBA is an asset but not required.
