Our client, a respected public sector organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing technology initiatives that directly impact internal teams and enterprise programs. In this role, you will join a collaborative Technology Services group that values clarity, communication, and structured delivery. You will play a central role in driving organizational readiness, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that process improvements align with ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks. In this role, you will lead full project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines, cost, and performance expectations.
You will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.
You will develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and visual documentation while monitoring progress against milestones.
You will conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress updates, and share clear reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
You will stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in IT project management.
You will foster a high-performance environment by coordinating and guiding project teams toward successful delivery.
You will facilitate effective communication and ensure stakeholders are informed of impacts, risks, dependencies, and changes.
10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably supporting public sector or regulatory environments
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Strong understanding of ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migration, and SaaS project delivery
Experience with SDLC methodologies and agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Proficiency with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, adapt to changing priorities, and guide teams through complex change
