Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Check identification and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
• Ensure proactive monitoring and compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues and, when required, with emergency services.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification (an asset)
• Previous experience as a security guard (physical intervention, patrol, access control, or surveillance) — required. Experience in tactical security or a secured site is an asset.
• Proven skills in communication, stress management, and teamwork.
• Integrity, vigilance, and professionalism.
