Job Statement
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Mail Processor will coordinate incoming and outgoing mail processing services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to ensure all mail is handled accurately and efficiently, adhering to compliance standards.

Essential Functions
- Organize and prep various types of incoming mail (e.g., claims, payment notices).
- Scan documents into Operating and Workflow systems.
- Record and log mail information in Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare outgoing mail (US and Canadian) and ensure readiness for pick-up.
- Manage and maintain warehouse duties, including delivery receipts and record retention.
- Process customer requests and maintain correspondence logs.
- Assist in training new team members.
Qualifications
- Experience for 1-2 years in related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
