Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization in the health care sector, is seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy to join their People and Culture team. This role blends thoughtful advisory work with hands-on partnership, supporting leaders through organizational design, talent programs, and data-driven decision making. You will be embedded in an environment where engagement insights, annual surveys, and real-time data guide meaningful conversations and help shape a healthy workplace culture.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in high-touch client service, enjoys facilitating dialogue, and is energized by strategic HR challenges like workforce planning, employee development, and supporting teams through periods of change. You will collaborate closely with leaders across operations and IT, helping them navigate growth, strengthen team effectiveness, and build an inclusive employee experience.
