Our client in the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Underwriter who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment. In this role, you will manage a diverse book of E&O business, working closely with brokers and internal partners to ensure strategic, profitable growth.

You will underwrite and manage an existing book of E&O business, ensuring alignment with internal policies and processes.
You’ll support the development of new business, contributing to profitable portfolio growth.
You’ll collaborate on marketing strategies that strengthen the organization’s industry presence.
You’ll build and maintain relationships with brokers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
You’ll strengthen internal connections across profit centers and distribution teams.
You’ll assist in implementing strategic initiatives, new products, and process improvements.
You’ll provide guidance on underwriting practices and stay informed on industry trends.
4+ years of experience in specialty insurance underwriting.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to interpret and analyze data.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a positive and energetic approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
