Are you ready to step into a role where precision, collaboration, and timely action make a real difference? As a Production Order Analyst, you’ll support law enforcement and government agencies by managing production orders and responding to requests efficiently and accurately. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role in the financial services sector where no two days are the same.
You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team to manage a high volume of production requests, ensuring each one is handled securely and professionally. Your work directly contributes to investigations and legal processes, giving you a meaningful impact every day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal or paralegal background—or anyone who thrives in structured, detail-oriented environments and can communicate effectively in English.
You’ll join a culture that values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. The team celebrates balance while encouraging high performance and accountability. You’ll gain exposure to complex legal processes, government communications, and operational workflows within a leading financial services environment. Competitive compensation, a short-term incentive bonus, and a robust RRSP contribution make this role both rewarding and impactful.
You’ll manage incoming production orders, reviewing, logging, prioritizing, and preparing responses for law enforcement and government agencies.
In this role, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and securely, meeting required deadlines.
You’ll prepare response packages, providing data in a secure manner and following up with agencies as needed.
You’ll support technical access for law enforcement officers accessing their results and maintain high standards for information management.
You’ll assist in coordinating document signings and affirmations, ensuring all parties are present and timelines are met.
