Our client, an organization in the medical devices sector, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their on-site team. This role supports both administrative work and warehouse operations, helping ensure the safe and accurate distribution of products that directly impact patient well-being.
Working closely with a supportive manager and a tight-knit team, you’ll become an important part of day-to-day operations. You’ll gain exposure to both data-driven tasks and hands-on warehouse duties. You’ll prepare labels and shipping documentation, while ensuring the accuracy of all orders.
You’ll enter data for patient cards with exceptional attention to small numerical details to support device tracking and patient safety.
In this role, you’ll support inventory management by assisting with picking, packing, receiving, and maintaining organized stock.
You’ll partner with the team to ensure serial numbers and device information are recorded correctly.
You’ll contribute to warehouse operations, including light lifting of up to 15 kg.
Strong attention to detail, especially with numerical data and serial numbers.
Comfort working in both office and warehouse environments.
Experience in customer service or administrative support, ideally with inventory exposure.
Proficiency in MS Office and confidence learning internal systems.
Strong communication skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 15 kg and work fully on-site in Woodbridge.
