We are:

Talent & Organization – we help leading Health organizations reimagine their workforce, culture, and ways of working to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving system. From provincial health authorities and hospitals to public health agencies, payers, and community care organizations, we partner with clients to build workforce capability, enhance learning programs, and deliver human-centered transformation.

We use data-driven insights to make transformation human. Whether it’s rolling out digital health solutions, improving patient and member experience, modernizing clinical workflows, or responding to regulatory change, we help organizations equip their people with the skills, mindset, and support needed for sustainable transformation.

You are:

A skilled consultant who thrives at the intersection of transformation, learning, and human experience. You understand how clinical innovation, digital modernization, workforce pressures, and integrated care models reshaping healthcare. You’re passionate about helping clinicians, staff, and leaders adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.

You bring strong consulting fundamentals—problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking—along with experience in Learning, Change & Human Experience, or workforce capability development.

The work:

  • Support Health clients—including hospitals, regional health authorities, payers, public health agencies, and government health organizations—in planning and executing major transformation initiatives.

  • Develop learning strategies, curricula, materials, and capability-building programs to support workforce adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

  • Apply Change & Human Experience methodologies to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and behavior change across clinical, operational, and administrative environments.

  • Conduct learning needs assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses to guide strategy and execution.

  • Support leaders, managers, clinical teams, and frontline staff through transitions such as EHR implementations, digital health adoption, workflow changes, virtual care expansion, or new provincial/regulatory requirements.

  • Use digital tools, learning platforms, and analytics to measure learning effectiveness, adoption progress, workforce sentiment, and experience outcomes.

  • Collaborate across clinical, operational, technical, and administrative teams to ensure alignment on learning and change strategies.

  • Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, research, and insights within the Health portfolio.

  • Engage actively in the Talent & Organization community, sharing leading practices and thought leadership.
