We are partnering with an organization in Markham to recruit an Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll provide high-level executive support including calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of requests.

  • You’ll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage follow-up actions.

  • You’ll draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • You’ll support reporting, budgeting, and submission of internal and external deadlines.

  • You’ll track and manage projects, liaising across departments to ensure timely follow-up and completion.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of executive support experience in public sector, non-for-profit or healthcare sector. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

  • High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
