Our government client has a need for a Project Administrator to provide administrative and travel coordination support for operational and financial services. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency of personnel movement, data management, and financial documentation processes within a fast-paced administrative environment.
Coordinate and document personnel travel using group travel management systems such as HRG
Communicate travel requirements and confirmations with administrative staff and travelers
Support the financial services section with clerical, financial, and data-related administrative tasks
Maintain up-to-date records of travel arrangements in both manual and digital systems
Generate reports, metrics, and summaries related to travel bookings and administrative activities
Identify and recommend process improvements and documentation efficiencies
Liaise with unit administrators to confirm requirements and ensure accurate data entry
Report any issues or delays in travel coordination processes to financial leadership for resolution
Assist with the preparation and finalization of financial documentation, especially during high-volume periods
Ensure all administrative support tasks are delivered within defined operational hours and project timelines
Fluent in English, with demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Minimum one (1) year of experience in project administration, data input, or data management
At least 6 months of experience in an administrative support role within the federal government
Minimum 6 months of experience using HRG or a comparable individual/group travel coordination system
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
Comfortable working full-time onsite in a structured office environment
Possesses Secret-level security clearance or eligible to obtain it
Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and adaptability in administrative environments
