About the Opportunity

Reporting to a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play an important part in daily HR operations, from onboarding new hires to maintaining accurate employee data. Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will prepare offer letters and employment documentation aligned with legislation and organizational policies.

  • You will conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding tasks and checklists are completed.

  • You will maintain the applicant tracking system and support hourly recruitment, including postings, screening, scheduling, and reference checks.

  • You will manage employee files, ensuring accuracy and ISO compliance while processing changes such as promotions or terminations.

  • You will oversee HRIS data integrity across ADP Workforce Now, ClearCompany, and Cornerstone.

  • You will support employee programs and events, coordinating logistics and communication.

  • You will draft internal correspondence, reports, and documents related to employee relations and HR projects.

  • You will update internal communication channels and provide reception support when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Post secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of HR coordination or administration experience.

  • Broad understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and general HR processes.

  • Knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, and the Human Rights Code.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems, with strong attention to data accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

  • Flexibility to support occasional off shift requirements.
