Manager, Investments Lifecycle & Engagement (Toronto, ON)

As Manager, Investments Lifecycle and Engagement, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow long-term investment relationships and deepen client engagement across multiple initiatives. You’ll use data-driven insights to understand client journeys and deliver personalized, multi-channel outreach programs that drive cross-sell, attract new investment clients, and grow balances with existing ones. This role involves end-to-end ownership of large-scale outreach programs and close collaboration across key teams including Product, Analytics, Marketing, Client Experience Centre, Advisor & Service Effectiveness, and Scotia Financial Planning.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Design and launch campaigns and go-to-market plans to grow and deepen retail investment relationships.
Build always-on, multi-channel outreach programs to drive cross-sell, increase penetration, and grow investment balances.
Define and manage lead strategies to deliver high-quality investment opportunities to the field.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on investment growth goals and execution.
Monitor and analyze program performance using reporting and insights, sharing results with stakeholders and refining strategies for continuous improvement.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover new opportunities and enhance program effectiveness.
Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of your respective area in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration, finance or a related field. MBA considered an asset. Applications from recent graduates will be considered.
Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proficiency in building and delivering presentations to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex programs.
Experience in marketing, customer strategy, product/program management or client personalization outreach will be beneficial.
