Salary: $24.58 to $31.73 per hour (We also offer an attractive compensation plan, which may include relocation assistance, allowances for isolated positions, and/or a premium for supervisory responsibilities. Eligibility varies by position and location.)

ASSET OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Possession of any of the following occupational licenses and/or certifications:
• Confined Space Entry Training
• Fall Arrest Training
• Fire Safety Training
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Lockout Tagout Training
• Occupational Health and Safety Training
• Standard First Aid Certification
• Powered Elevated Work Platform (PEWP) / Aerial Lift Training
• Rigging, Hoisting, and Lifting Equipment Certification
• Traffic Control / Flagging Certification
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Training
Additional licenses or certifications relevant to the position being staffed.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
• Experience supervising employees as part of regular duties.
• Experience loading, unloading and transporting work materials.
• Experience working with asphalt or concrete repairs.
• Experience providing routine maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Experience in grounds maintenance services, such as lawn mowing, raking, tree trimming, and snow removal.
• Experience working in a greenhouse or performing landscaping tasks.
• Experience installing or repairing chain-link fences and gates.
• Experience using survey equipment to record grades.
• Experience supporting skilled tradespeople in their work.
• Experience in building maintenance in one of the following fields:
- Plumbing
- Heating and ventilation
- Electricity
- Carpentry
• Experience in the operation one or more of the following types of equipment:
- Genie lift
- Forklift
- Three (3) or five (5) ton trucks
- Agricultural tractors
- Snowplows
- Riding lawn mowers
- Skid steer
Asset qualifications may be invoked as essential qualifications.
