We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Project Coordinator / Business Process Analyst to support cross-functional technology initiatives and help drive continuous improvement across business operations. This dual role combines hands-on project coordination with analytical problem-solving, ensuring that IT solutions align with organizational needs and deliver measurable value.
You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to coordinate project activities, document requirements, analyze processes, and support the successful execution of technology-driven solutions.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, deliverables, and communications.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports for IT initiatives.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
Support project managers with resource planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
Assist with project documentation, including charters, workflows, test plans, and training materials.
Ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
Partner with business units to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional documentation.
Map current vs. future-state workflows to support optimization and system changes.
Conduct gap analyses and make recommendations for process enhancements and automation.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and defect tracking.
Assist in implementing new technologies or enhancements to existing systems.
Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with IT systems, ERPs, SaaS platforms, or digital tools.
Proficiency with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana), documentation tools (Confluence), and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as CAPM, CBAP, ECBA, PMP, or Agile/Scrum preferred but not required.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams or in a PMO environment.
Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced).
