• You’ll lead and develop a national sales team, hiring, coaching and mentoring team members to meet both individual and organizational goals.
• You’ll implement structured performance management and personalized coaching plans to strengthen capability and drive results.
• You’ll refine and expand national distribution, identifying strong partners, addressing performance gaps, and executing quarterly business reviews.
• You’ll oversee strategic resource management, ensuring budgets, tools and technology are effectively allocated and used to maximize profitability.
• You’ll manage communication between sales teams, distributors and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on policies, pricing and market strategy.
• You’ll travel as needed across Canada and internationally to support team development, distribution relationships and market expansion.
• 10+ years of progressive sales and/or sales leadership experience in the construction or building materials sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sales and marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading national sales teams and optimizing channel distribution strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, finance and construction industry operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, bringing creativity, strategy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work fully on site in Toronto and travel within Canada
