We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project/program governance, adherence to Enterprise Delivery standards and standards and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail, analytical skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Program Governance: Ensure compliance with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF), Strategic Investment Portfolio (SIP) Policy by maintaining plans and executing standard governance processes for the Idea Prioritization and Business Cases. Interface with various project, finance, and business teams to support the GRM Governance and Planning Office.
  • Communication: Develop materials and dashboards for various forums, including executive presentations. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Relationship Building: Foster a customer-focused culture to deepen partner relationships and leverage broader organizational knowledge.
  • Attention to Detail: Gather, compile, reconcile, and analyze information from various sources for reports, presentations, and other documents. Perform tasks using independent professional judgment and discretion.
  • Proactive Support: Assist with the annual planning process and ensure alignment with Enterprise standards. Support the collection and review of information required for continuous improvement of reports for management committees and executives.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI; experience with Python is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical skills to gather, compile, investigate, and analyze information.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in developing executive presentations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Experience with Risk Management and EDF is considered an asset.
