• What does a Mobile Supervisor in Calgary do?
• Perform weekly payroll verifications for the mobile team.
• Audit run sheet and mobile keys as necessary.
• Audit vehicle inspection report and schedule vehicle maintenance
• Attend Client brief meetings when required.
• Prepare schedule for Field Supervisors
• Attend Disciplinary meetings as required.
• Alarm Responses, Grounding, Patrols required as needed.
• Supervise, lead, coordinate and organize security guards and teams as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Mobile Manager and Operations Manager
• This position reports directly to the Mobile Manager

Qualifications to become a Mobile Supervisor in Calgary

• Valid Alberta security guard license
• Full class 5 Drivers License
• Must be okay wearing the GardaWorld Uniform
• Must possess excellent computer skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the security industry.
• Experience in a security supervisor capacity, demonstrating leadership and managements skills is considered an asset.
